but I just want to go on record and say that I approve of the T's decision to dub the new "smart cards" as "Charlie Tickets" or "Charlie Cards." The name is a nod to the famous Kingston Trio song "Charlie on the MTA." Snaps for cleverness, MBTA, now can you just get the escalators working smoothly?
